11) ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

If you do not receive a ‘Thank you for your order’ email and/or an Order of Acceptance email for your food item within 15 minutes, and for non-food items/products within 7 working days from when you have completed your purchase order from our website, then please contact us at info@pizzapoint.ie before you try placing another order on our website.

We can refuse to accept your purchase order at our discretion. Possible reasons for not accepting an order may include, but is not limited to:

The delivery address you provided us on our website for the food items is outside our delivery boundaries.
The item/product not being in stock at the time of your order.
Your payment not being authorized or completed by Paypal or Stripe, meaning the status of your payment is not showing as ‘Paid’ or ‘Complete’ in our PayPal or Stripe account.

You can make changes to the food item or delivery address of your purchase order before the food item has been made and before it is being delivered by emailing us at info@pizzapoint.ie. We can not change the food item once it has been made, but can change the delivery address if the item has not left for delivery.

AFTER the item/product is sent

Changes to the shipping address cannot be made after the item/product is being delivered/shipped.

Changes to your purchase order cannot be made after the item/product is being delivered/shipped.

For Non-Food Items:

Our products are shipped to locations within the Republic of Ireland. We will only use the shipping address that you make available to us on Paypal or Stripe or on our website checkout page. If there are any problems with the shipment of your purchase order then we will contact you as soon as possible through the email address or phone number you provided us.

Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates only. We cannot promise that they are accurate.

After your product has been posted you will become responsible for it. We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to it thereafter.

For Food Items:

Food items are only delivered within the boundaries of Galway City, Ireland that we’ve specified. We will only use the delivery address that you make available to us on Paypal or Stripe or on our website checkout page. If there are any problems with the delivery address of your purchase order then we will contact you as soon as possible through the email address or phone number you provided us.

Delivery time of food items to the delivery address you provided us with will be within 40 minutes from the time you receive your Order of Acceptance from us. If delivery time will be more than 40 minutes then we will contact you as soon as possible through the email address or phone number you provided us with.

We only accept credit card payments through PayPal and all payments are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment for the item(s) you purchased from our website because Paypal also accept credit cards. By using PayPal you agree to their Terms and Conditions.
